Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will not be charged at this time.*
*A non-refundable booking fee is required for ALL appointments and is applied to the service total. This is due at the time of booking.
Appointments canceled 24 HOURS PRIOR to appointments will be charged 50% of the service amount.
NO SHOW and day of appointment cancelations will be charged 50% of the missed appointments total, and your booking fee is forfeited.
Refunds- Clients have 7 days to notify their Stylist of any changes or dissatisfaction with their service or results. No monetary refund will be issued at any time. Refunds may be given in the form of one adjustment appointment to ensure client satisfaction.
I will do everything I can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as needed. I just ask that you respect my time also.
