All booking fees are non-refundable for any reason. Your fee secures your appointment time and service. Your booking fee is credited to your appointment total. If you no-show or cancel the same day, your booking fee will be forfeit and you will need to re-book and pay the booking fee again. If you need to reschedule, it MUST be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. If you no-show or cancel at the last minute (after the 24-hour window) , your booking fee is forfeited, and your card on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. By agreeing to place your card on file, paying your booking fee and authorizing its use for payment, you acknowledge and accept the charges for services rendered and / or appointment related fees. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation a charge will be applied to the card on file and a receipt will be sent to your email on file. You may choose to present another card for payment upon completion of the service. This agreement waives your right to dispute any such charges at any time after your booking fee is paid. If the card on file cannot be charged an invoice will be sent via text or email and is due upon receipt. Late fees of 20% of invoice balance will accumulate after 48 hours of non payment.
